We are seeking a skilled Customer Onboarding Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with a strong passion for customer service and sales excellence. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for driving account sales, delivering exceptional customer onboarding experiences, and contributing to the growth of our digital banking platform.

What am I going to do?

•⁠ ⁠Assist new customers through the comprehensive onboarding process

•⁠ ⁠Provide exceptional customer service and support

•⁠ ⁠Drive account sales and consistently meet monthly sales targets

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance onboarding processes

•⁠ ⁠Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of customer acquisition strategies

•⁠ ⁠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•⁠ ⁠High motivation and proven ability to meet and exceed targets

Compensation and Benefits:
