Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Brand Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This role involves creating and managing a variety of design projects that align with our brand's visual identity and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design principles, be highly collaborative, and demonstrate a passion for developing compelling assets that make an impact. In this position, you will be part of the marketing innovation team, reporting and working closely with the Art Direction Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing assets for multiple stakeholders and projects across the board, including daily social posts for social media, internal communication assets such as branding events and swag, and supporting U.S. nationwide TV campaigns.
• Managing the ongoing design tasks pipeline, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
  
  

• A strong online design portfolio showcasing branding and advertising projects with solid graphic principles – a must.
• 2+ years of experience within an ad/creative agency or design firm, with a comprehensive understanding of all stages of the design process.
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in After Effects and Figma is an advantage.
• Academic background in graphic design or visual communication.
• An impeccable eye for design and the ability to execute it effectively, with a strong sense of the interplay of color, typography, imagery, data, and other assets to create a cohesive whole.
• Highly collaborative, organized, and ego-less, with a willingness to contribute in a team-oriented environment.
• A creative taskmaster with the ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and tackle design challenges of varying complexity in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Enthusiastic about developments in the creative field, with a passion for branding and exploring new trends, techniques, and tools.
• High level of written and spoken English
