HR Recruiter

What will your day look like?

• Managing the entire recruitment process: posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, reference checks, negotiating, contracts, and more.
• Recruiting for various headquarters roles with innovative and creative solutions.
• Developing candidate pools and enhancing recruitment processes.
• Fostering employee engagement and promoting organizational well-being through initiatives such as social events and open HR dialogues.
  
  

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment – mandatory.
• A creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and "out-of-the-box" thinking.
• Experience with the Comeet system – a significant advantage.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and the capacity for independent learning.
  
  

• Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• A prime location – just a 5-minute walk from Sapir Train Station, in the Poleg Industrial Zone, Netanya.
