Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Expert with deep expertise in marketing automation, workflow optimization, template design, and UX/UI principles. The ideal candidate will develop and manage email campaigns, set up automation flows, optimize customer journeys, and create high-performing email templates that enhance engagement and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:Email Marketing & Automation:

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and conversions.
• Set up and optimize email marketing automation workflows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement, post-purchase, etc.).
• Build, test, and optimize email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Segment audiences and personalize email content based on user behavior and data analytics.

Marketing Automation & Workflow Management:

• Design, implement, and optimize automated customer journey workflows.
• Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.) to create and refine trigger-based emails.
• Ensure seamless integration of email marketing efforts with CRM, e-commerce, and analytics platforms.

Template Design & UX/UI Optimization:

• Create responsive email templates with a focus on design aesthetics, UX/UI best practices, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure visually appealing and functional email experiences.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email design, copy, CTA placement, and subject lines.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, bounce rates, conversion rates, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
• Generate reports and recommendations for continuous optimization.
• Stay updated with email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Expert with a strong background in automation and workflows.
• Proficiency with major email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
• Experience in HTML, CSS, and email template design.
• Solid grasp of UX/UI principles for email design and user experience enhancement.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and A/B testing tools.
• Excellent copywriting and content strategy skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other compliance regulations.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English, other EU language as preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B email marketing.
• Familiarity with SMS and omnichannel marketing automation.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and product teams.
