We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Learning Partner to join our HR team.

In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on identifying, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to shape job descriptions, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Utilize sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, social media, and job boards, to engage and attract exceptional candidates.
• Lead and execute recruitment initiatives, such as LinkedIn parties, university fairs, meetups, and referral programs.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously optimize processes and outcomes.
• Design, develop, and deliver workshops, training sessions, and learning programs to enhance employee capabilities and align with business goals.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through meaningful engagement initiatives.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and fostering a supportive environment.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition roles within high-tech companies.
• Proven expertise in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Experience in learning and development roles – an advantage.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
• Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.
