About flō optics
flō is a tech startup based in Israel, developing a new digital printing technology for coatings of optical lenses. We are looking for a talented, highly experienced CPO/Peoples Manager to join our team and help navigate the company and its people in the journey to disrupt the Eyewear Manufacturing Industry.
As CPO / People Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on HR matters and organizational development. You will play a key role in streamlining a dynamic, fast-growing, and complex work environment by collaborating with individuals and supporting them in navigating challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all matters related to human capital, providing insights and data to guide decisions on growth, restructuring, and culture initiatives.
- Streamlining inter-team communication, openness and mediation of employee disputes, fostering an organizational culture of innovation while maintaining morale and motivation.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, streamline recruitment, enhance employer branding, and foster retention through career development and engagement initiatives.
- Building infrastructure, processes and HR policies to support an organization that employs between 60-100 employees, at various sites in Israel and around the world.
- Develop and enforce compliance with legal regulations, labor laws and workplace safety including relevant documentation and thinking about development and growth.
- Planning and building employee benefit programs, developing performance indicators and establishing reward programs, career development initiatives and engagement to ensure employee needs and organizational values.
- Training managers in team workflow while identifying skills gaps and identifying leadership potential.
