What You'll Do

As our Senior Monetization Manager, you'll lead and execute the full Monetization strategy across multiple games. This includes developing and executing in-game campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing for revenue and player engagement while ensuring a fun and rewarding player experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end in-game campaigns across multiple titles.
• Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling content.
• Analyze performance data, provide actionable insights, and implement data-driven optimizations to campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for real-life rewards.
• Optimize user funnels in collaboration with CRM and Marketing.
• Test innovative ideas to enhance player value and engagement.

Who You Are

You're a seasoned Monetization expert with a passion for social gaming. You possess a strong data-driven mindset and a creative approach to balancing revenue with an exceptional player experience. You excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Gaming Monetization experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field (Product Marketing, Growth, etc.) within a B2C company.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience managing in-game campaigns and achieving success.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Advantageous Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with popular Monetization platforms and tools.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Braze and Optimove.
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of user acquisition and retention strategies.
