This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Fattal Hotels located in Eilat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. They will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals.

• Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
• Training and Development experience
• Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
