What does the role include?

Writing, posting, and managing job openings across various channels, including social networks and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.

Conducting phone interviews to identify potential candidates for diverse roles.

Developing creative and innovative sourcing methods to expand the candidate pool.

Location and Work Hours:

Abra’s offices in Ra’anana. Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours available.

Requirements:

What are we looking for?

✔ Relevant academic background – mandatory.

✔ At least one year of experience in tech recruitment from a staffing agency, software company, or CV Center – mandatory.

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

✔ Passion for recruitment and technology, with an understanding of technological and business trends.

✔ Excellent teamwork abilities, proactive thinking, and a creative approach.
