Affiliate Manager

‏We are looking for a talented and driven Affiliate Manager to join our team and manage & grow our Fintech affiliate network.

‏In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with affiliates, optimizing traffic, and driving revenue growth. If you’re passionate about affiliate marketing and want to play a key role in expanding our network, we want to hear from you!

‏Key Responsibilities:

‏- Develop and maintain relationships with affiliates through ongoing communication.

‏- Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliates.

‏- Monitor, analyze, and optimize data to ensure performance.

‏- Engage with new partnerships and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

‏- Meet revenue targets outlined in the Business Plan.

‏- Control traffic quality and manage partner payouts approval.

‏- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and scale profitable campaigns.

‏- Plan and execute traffic buying and cap leads across various geographies.

‏- Negotiate and close traffic deals with affiliates.

‏Requirements & Skills:

‏- Fluent in communicative English (written & verbal).

‏- Basic sales and negotiation skills, with a strong sales mentality.

‏- Familiar with affiliate metrics (CPA, CPL, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI).

‏- Strong team and partnership management skills.

‏- Data-driven, results-oriented approach.

‏- Willingness to travel to global affiliate events.

‏- Basic analytical skills and experience in data-based decision-making.

‏Nice to Have:

‏- 1+ years of experience in an affiliate network or ad industry.

‏- Familiarity with tracking solutions (Trackbox, GetLinked, Cake, in-house).

‏- Knowledge of postback setup for accurate stats transfer.

‏- Understanding of global online advertising markets and monetization models.
