Media Partnerships Manager

As our Media Partnerships Manager, you will own the development and growth of affiliate, publisher and direct-site partnerships across global markets. We are looking for someone who is comfortable owning growth, managing partners and media budgets, making independent decisions and adjusting quickly based on performance.
What You’ll Do

Partner Acquisition & Management: Identify, recruit and build long-term relationships with high-potential affiliates, direct publishers and strategic partners.
Performance Optimization & Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, work closely with the analytics team and apply data-driven insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
Business Development & Opportunity Hunting: Research new opportunities and initiate and execute partnerships that increase traffic, engagement and revenue.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product and analytics teams to align priorities and identify cross-channel opportunities.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and/or media buying, ideally in a high-growth online or B2C environment.A proven track record in partner recruitment, negotiation and performance optimization.
Hands-on media buying experience and the ability to manage budgets against clear performance targets.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify opportunities from campaign data.
Knowledge of affiliate management platforms such as Everflow or Trackdesk.
Strong technical orientation and practical experience with advertising platforms and integrations.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Fluent English, written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
Affiliate experience should include direct ownership of supply and performance partnerships; influencer- or content-only experience is not sufficient for this role.
Previous experience building an affiliate or media-partnerships activity within a B2C company - Advantage.
