What will you do in SuperPlay?:

• Increase player KPIs through proactive outbound communication, ensuring a personalized, engaging, and rewarding experience for our VIP players.
• Monitor VIP player activity daily.
• Build and manage personal relationships with our top VIP players.
• Create exclusive content, promotions, and activities for our players to generate value and expand their engagement within our games.
• Collaborate closely with monetization, data, and economy teams to analyze trends and optimize player experiences.
• Manage community interactions to foster a vibrant and engaged VIP player community.
• Understand the product, features, monetization, and overall economy of the game.

• An experience with customer support or a similar role in B2C companies
