About the Role:

As a Customer Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Israeli team, overseeing all aspects of customer operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for our users and partner restaurants. You will:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers.
• Implement and adapt Ontopo's global customer strategy to the Israeli market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partner restaurants.
• Streamline and optimize customer operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience leading teams in customer operations, preferably within SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing customer data and deriving actionable insights.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technologies.

Advantages:

• Past experience in the Horeca (Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe) industry.
