Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our innovative startup in the North

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding Phase:

• Lead post-live customer conversations (Kickoff, Technical Call, etc.) and coordinate system installation on vessels.
• Collaborate with teams and shipping companies to manage timelines and resolve delays.
• Provide training and setup support to ensure crew confidence in using the product.
• Monitor onboarding progress and ensure milestones are met.

Ongoing Phase:

• Own contract renewals and maintain customer communication.
• Monitor system performance, provide improvement recommendations, and ensure optimal use.
• Coordinate timely consumable deliveries and address customer concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in a technical or logistics-driven environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple customers and deadlines simultaneously. - A MUST!
• Basic IT\Networking experience - a big plus!
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in logistics coordination is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with agriculture, or AI-powered solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
