Data Product Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Data Product Manager to take ownership of how we leverage data for marketing. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the CTO, collaborating closely with the analytics team to ensure scalable, reliable datasets and translate business needs into actionable data projects. You will make marketing-related datasets accessible and valuable to stakeholders, driving better decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the vision and roadmap for marketing-related data projects in collaboration with the marketing team stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business and data teams, translating business needs into well-scoped data projects.
• Spearhead the execution of complex data projects that are marketing related such as advanced attribution models and ML models.
• Ensure datasets are structured, scalable, and reliable to support current and future business needs together with the data analytics team.
• Work closely with the analytics team to ensure datasets are robust, well-documented, and quality assured.
• Leverage deep marketing domain knowledge to identify and prioritize business opportunities around data projects and utilization. .
• Establish best practices for structuring and managing data for marketing use cases.
• Make datasets accessible and user-friendly for cross-functional teams.
• Provide tools, insights, and frameworks to empower teams to utilize data effectively.
  
  

• 3-5+ years of experience in a data product management role, ideally focused on marketing or related domains.
• Proven experience working with analytics teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows, metrics, and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Youtube, Hubspot, Lifecycle).
• Expertise in data management and processes including structuring, QA processes, and working with diverse datasets.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
• Familiarity with SQL, data pipelines, and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Understanding of ETL processes, data engineering basics, and scalable data architecture.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for data quality and reliability.
