Data Analyst

Role Description

As part of the Ads Group, you will join a team of 4 analysts and report to the team leader.

Key Responsibilities-

• Analyze advertising strategies, evaluating what works and what is effective.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Ads teams to enhance advertising performance.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize strategies.
• Work with tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Looker, PowerBI, and Matplotlib.
• Contribute to the management of a critical revenue stream, as the Ads team is responsible for 20% of the company's income.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the mobile apps market.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib)
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
• Familiarity with causality models for identifying relationships in data
• Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment (people person)
• High motivation, proactiveness, curiosity and attention to detail
