What will your job look like?

You Will

• Partner with the leadership to provide consultation on HR related topics (such as: workforce planning, cost competitiveness, performance management, talent & leadership management).
• Drive, develop and execute the overall HR Strategy to address business challenges and needs, based on deep understanding of the business.
• Anticipate and plan for the effects of organization change, identify risks and develop action plans to ensure the changes succeed.
• Ensure leadership continuity and development through succession planning and talent management processes. This involves collaboration with all HR COEs, ensure a balanced Talent Management framework is established, to promote continuous learning and knowledge development.
• Promote an organization climate based on Amdocs Values and Code of Ethics, to deepen the implementation of these values and strengthen employee’s engagement.
• Set up governance and process to utilize budget (salary revision, bonus, recognition, promotions, and performance management).
• Manage the work force to include head count standardization work force planning and position management to assure effectiveness.
• Lead and develop an HR Professional team, providing strategic direction and focus; and lead global HR projects and programs.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a specialization in HR.
• Minimum of 4 years in a Business HR role.
• Experience working with global teams in a multicultural environment, preferably in the high-tech industry. Experience in a matrix organization is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in leading a team of HR professionals.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes from recruitment to release.
• Understanding of regional/local labor laws, which can be essential in some regions (e.g., EMEA).
• Experience in managing end-to-end HR projects, programs, and processes.
• Experience in startups and mergers & acquisitions is an advantage.
