Software Engineering Team Lead

A Bootstrap company in the defensive cybersecurity field, developing a Cyber Threat Intelligence platform that helps clients identify vulnerabilities in their systems through intelligence sources and data collection from the Dark Net. Their technology infiltrates the Dark Net, monitors it automatically, and protects organizations from cyber threats.

The company is based in Tel Aviv, near a train line, and follows a hybrid work model offering two days of work from home. It employs 90 people globally, with 70 based in Israel, and is profitable without reliance on investors.

Role Description:

• The role reports to the CTO and involves managing a team of 2-4 Full-Stack developers, with 70% hands-on work. The team is newly established and focused on Full-Stack development: 60% on the Client side with Angular13 and 40% on the Server side with NodeJS and NestJS.
• Tech Stack: NodeJS, NestJS, Angular13, AWS, MongoDB, SQL, Kubernetes.

Requirements-

• Proven leadership and communication skills
• 3 years of relevant experience as a web developer
• One years of relevant experience as a team lead / tech lead
• A good understanding of microservices architecture
• A good understanding of modern web applications development
• Technical requirements: at least 3 years of experience in NodeJS, at least 2 years of experience in Angular
