As our Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our platform’s capabilities, delivering exceptional user experiences, and driving impactful business results. You’ll work in a data-driven environment focusing on continuous improvement and optimization.
Your life at MAËLYS will look like…
- Lead and manage product features end-to-end, from ideation through to deployment and monitoring, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.
- Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear and detailed MRDs, PRDs, and user flows. Create wireframes, define A/B tests, and write user stories that align with business goals.
- Prioritize the product backlog effectively, collaborating closely with the development team to deliver seamless and impactful solutions that enhance the MAËLYS platform and customer experience.
- Leverage data insights to make informed product decisions, continuously optimizing based on performance metrics and user feedback.
- Analyze the success of features post-launch by tracking usage data and identifying key patterns. Take ownership of performance metrics, running tests to optimize functionality and improve user engagement and business outcomes. Find opportunities for key initiatives to improve user experience.
- Partner closely with Developers, QA, data, and design teams to ensure all features align with MAËLYS’ business objectives.
- 3 + years of experience in Product Management, ideally within an e-commerce or data-driven environment.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools with a results-driven approach to optimizing product features.
- A Goal-Oriented Mindset: Highly driven to achieve objectives and takes full ownership of a product.
- Agile Methodologies and Product Lifecycle Management: Familiarity with agile practices and product lifecycle management to ensure effective collaboration with development teams and efficient product delivery.
- Adaptable & Proactive Approach: A dynamic mover and shaker who thrives in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments with an enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement.
- A Detail-Oriented and Analytical Work Ethic: Possess strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively with developers, design, and business stakeholders.
- Innovative problem-solver skills: A creative thinker who can develop insightful and innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Project Management Skills: Demonstrates excellent project management capabilities and a passion for the e-commerce industry.
- Technical Understanding & QA Knowledge: Prior experience in QA or QA automation is a strong advantage.
