Product Manager (Direct to Consumer)

Responsibilities

Customer-Centric Product Ownership

• Lead the B2C product roadmap execution.
• Develop a deep understanding of individual athletes' needs through market research, user feedback, and analytics.
• Prioritize features to deliver maximum value to our users and meet company goals.
• Take part in product roadmap ideation, focusing on features that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Data-Driven Decision-Making

• Use customer data and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations.
• Collaborate with the data team to analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize product performance.

Execution and Delivery

• Break down initiatives into clear, actionable tasks and manage development cycles to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and report on product performance post-launch, iterating as needed.
• Build and enhance company product procedure 

Market and Competitive Insights

• Stay up-to-date with trends in sports tech and consumer products to keep Playermaker ahead of the curve.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.

Collaboration and Communication

• Partner with engineering and design teams to create seamless, engaging, and intuitive user experiences.
• Act as the product ambassador, clearly communicating product features and updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• B2C Product Management Experience: 3+ years of experience managing consumer-focused products, ideally in sports tech, fitness, or wearable technology.
• Great English Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. You must be able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders, users, and teams.
• Customer Empathy: Passionate about understanding user needs and delivering exceptional product experiences.
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting customer data, engagement metrics, and running A/B tests.
• Technical Acumen: Comfortable working with engineers and understanding technical constraints and opportunities.
• Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver on deadlines.

• Passion for sports, experience as a professional athlete is an advantage

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
