About the role

As a Product Manager at Bounce, you will own the complete product lifecycle - from ideation and research through production deployment. You'll work closely with R&D and cross-functional teams across business and operations to develop products that drive our key business metrics.

The ideal candidate has a good understanding of B2B and B2C product management, experience measuring business outcomes, and a desire to make a measurable impact in a growing startup.

As a Product Manager, you will

Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's vision and growth objectives
Leverage data and analytics to evaluate product performance, define KPIs, and guide decision-making
Monitor product metrics, conduct A/B testing, and make iterative improvements to optimize outcomes
Prioritize product features based on market research, user feedback, and business impact
Work closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, design, compliance, marketing, sales) and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of product initiatives
Act as the voice of the customer, balancing the needs of B2B clients with the expectations of their end-users (B2C)

What you’ll need:

B.A./B.Sc. in a quantitative field
At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech or a related industry
Experience in a performance-oriented organization with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI
Experience working on both B2B and B2C products - Plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
