Product Lead

Job Brief:

We are seeking a passionate B2C Product Manager to drive the development and growth of Vetted’s mobile app. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with various stakeholders, both internal and external to Vetted. These include the CTO, offshore development team, tech consultants, UX/UI designers, copywriters, marketing team, CX team, and 3rd-party app/utility developers, to deliver the ultimate pet-care experience for pet parents on the go.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development and strategy for the new AI-based mobile app, overseeing the development, managing the project, allocating resources, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Quickly and deeply understand customer needs, marketing objectives, and brand and technology differentiators to define and prioritize feature releases.
• Manage API integrations as the app connects to 3rd-party billing, PIMS, CRM systems, and partner apps that integrate Vetted’s tools as-a-service.
• Drive personalization of the consumer-facing app experience based on pet age, breed, and lifestyle, ensuring ease of booking, secure data storage of medical records, seamless authentication, remote access, customer support, live chat functionality, and more.
• Define the back-office system, including dashboards and reports for billing, communications, reporting, and AI tools that provide personalized care insights.



Mandatory Skills:

• Experience: 5-7 years in:
• Building consumer-facing mobile apps, including billing and live support features.
• Creating mobile app product development roadmap.
• Project management skills, cross geographies (essential).
• Managing the complete product lifecycle with a focus on users/customers.
• Managing product backlogs and leading offshore engineering teams.
• Defining and tracking KPIs and user-centric metrics.

•  Background in Product Management:
• Proficiency in using cloud, databases, and security vendors.
• Strong foundation in working with UX/UI design.
