This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Dairycs in Rosh HaAyin. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and policy implementation. They will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee well-being.

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
