Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for a large academic institution located in the southern region.

Responsibilities:

-Organize, lead, and participate in recruitment processes.

-Manage and coordinate admission committees, including publishing and implementing decisions

-Develop and integrate new recruitment sources

-Initiate, identify, and reach out to potential candidates

-Oversee and manage the full recruitment cycle to ensure a smooth and efficient process

-Collaborate with various departments to align recruitment strategies with organizational needs

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in relevant recruitment fields
• Experience working with recruitment applications and platforms
• Ability to conduct in-depth interviews
• Experience in recruiting through social media channels
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
