People Experience Partner

About the Role:

Cloudinary is seeking an experienced and proactive People Experience Partner to join the People Experience team (under the HR department).

This role will ensure smooth daily operations across our Petach Tikva and Ramat Yishai offices, fostering a welcoming and productive environment for all Cloudinary employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage office operations in Petach Tikva and Ramat Yishai locations.
• Oversee office supplies and maintain kitchen stock levels.
• Supported the planning and execution of company events and employee activities.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.

Requirements:

• Prior administrative experience in a global tech company, including office management.

Skills:

• Strong multitasking abilities
• excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of English.
• Familiar with Google Workspace, MS Office, and Canva.
