We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors. 

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $105M Series A round in February of 2024.

We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead the creation and implementation of training programs for all employees, globally. Based in Israel, you will develop, manage, and improve online training platforms and materials to support employees across various functions, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Job description:

• Designing Online Training Platforms: Create easy-to-use online training systems that fit the specific needs of each department.
• Creating Training Materials: Develop engaging training content—like lessons, scripts, and videos—that aligns with organizational goals and keeps learners interested.
• Delivering Training Sessions: Lead online training sessions using interactive tools and visuals, working with vendors and studios to keep the content fresh and easy to update.
• Conducting Research: Stay up to date with industry trends to create relevant and exciting training material in various formats, such as live sessions and on-demand videos.
• Setting Learning Goals and Measuring Success: Define clear learning objectives, create assessments to measure progress, and use feedback to make improvements.
• Collaborating with Experts: Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure all training materials are practical, up-to-date, and meet real-world needs.
• Improving Training Programs: Continuously evaluate and refine programs based on feedback and results, ensuring better learning outcomes and performance.
  
  

• 4+ years in Learning & Development Content Writing: Proven experience in crafting engaging, informative training content.
• 4+ years in Building and Managing eLearning Content: Hands-on experience creating and managing online training programs.
• Proficiency in Content Creation Software: Skilled in using multiple tools to create high-quality learning materials.
• Strong Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically, with a solid grasp of complex technical concepts.
• Experience with LMS, LXP, and eLearning Design Tools: Familiarity with learning management systems and tools used for eLearning design.
• Quick to Learn New Concepts and Technologies: Able to quickly grasp new learning techniques, technologies, and concepts.
• Native or Near-Native English Proficiency: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Willingness to Frequently Fly for Work: Ready to travel often as part of the role.
