About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and help grow our community. This is an exciting opportunity to manage content for both local and global audiences, with a focus on creating impactful posts that highlight our mission and vision.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management: Write, edit, and design engaging posts for social media platforms in both Hebrew and English.

• Platform Monitoring: Track and analyze activity on social platforms, respond professionally to inquiries, and adapt to emerging trends.

• Performance Reporting: Oversee page performance, produce monthly analytics reports, and create and monitor strategic work plans.

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid promotions (POS) to drive growth and engagement.

• Visual Content Design: Develop creative visual content, including reels and graphics.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align content with organizational goals and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Marketing – an advantage.

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing and social media management.

• Proven experience managing business accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a strong ability to identify trends and leverage new tools.

• Proficiency in photography (preferably using professional cameras), video editing, and still photography editing on both computers and mobile-friendly applications.

• Experience with design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Figma.

• Familiarity with advanced editing tools like Premiere and After Effects – an advantage.

• Strong skills in content creation and storytelling.

• Proven ability to create strategic work plans and generate performance reports.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed.
