Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent text-based support (Intercom) to mid-tier users and agencies.
- Efficiently resolve user issues and document them thoroughly.
- Collect valuable feedback to improve our user experience.
- Hit your KPIs and support your teammates in doing the same.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of customer service or affiliation management experience.
- Fluent written English and Russian. (More languages? Even better!)
- You’re a team player, responsible and ready to take initiative.
- You're empathetic, helpful, and communicate clearly.
- You're a multitasker who delivers results.
- Experience with helpdesk and task tracking tools is a plus.
- Prior live-streaming experience? That’s a game-changer!
