Data Analyst

A high-tech company that publishes online content on investment opportunities and strategies.

The content is written by 15,000 independent writers and consumed by more than 7 million unique visitors each month. The company enables individuals to consume financial content in various forms to manage and track their investment portfolios. It also provides personalized recommendations regarding financial investments based on the user’s interests.

The company is located in Ra'anana, with one office day per week, and the rest of the time employees work from home. The company employs 250 people globally, with 90 employees in Israel.

The role involves joining a team of four analysts, reporting to the VP of Data. The team is responsible for monitoring and analyzing all KPIs across the company, providing services to all business units, including finance and management.

The main responsibilities include conducting analyses of user behavior, working with Python, SQL, Looker, Tableau, and PowerBI.

Requirements-

• 4 years in a B2C website-related Data Analyst position
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex and efficient analytical queries
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated experience with working in English directly with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and explaining results
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau/PowerBI)
• Understanding of website development and operations and how they connect to data gathered.
• Experience with report writing and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling
