HR Manager

The HR Manager at Passportcard will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This position will ensure that the organization is equipped with the right talent and is compliant with labor regulations. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to the management team while fostering a

positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Leading End-to-End Technology Recruitment Processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and high engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Facilitate employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management to inform decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the HR team with a focus on professional growth and excellence.
• Providing Strategic and Personal Support to Managers and Employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field-advantage.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in an HR managerial role within the tech industry.
• Proven experience in leading significant organizational change initiatives (an advantage)
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering leadership development programs - must
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Experience in performance management and employee relations.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
