Is looking for an out-of-the-box "End to End" CS manager for global responsibility :

A strong Technical Customer Success Manager (IL, EMEA, NA regions).

This is a great opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end success of our clients across the IL, EMEA, and NA regions while coordinating efforts between headquarters (HC), the field teams, and our local partners.

As the CS manager, you will have a multifaceted customer relationship throughout the customer journey.

This position is for a hands-on expert (experienced in “On-prem” and cloud installations is a must!). Project management and communications skills are essential to successfully manage multiple customers during the various phases of the company’s product journey.

Your dual responsibilities will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and growth while providing regional leadership to align field operations with global strategy.

This position demands hands-on experience of at least 5 years as a global customer success manager.

Experience in managing installation teams.

Experience in managing customer renewals and driving account expansion.

A technical background in cybersecurity is a must.

Experience working in a start-up environment is a must.

Experience in managing relationships with enterprise clients is a must.

Leadership experience in a regional capacity.

Technical Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to diagnose complex technical issues, propose solutions,

And explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, building rapport, and clearly explaining technical topics to customers at all levels.

Experience in managing customer projects and delivering results in:

• Support, Delivery, and Training throughout the customer's full life cycle.
