Position Overview:
- Integration into the Human Resources department, which includes teams of HRBPs, recruitment, and payroll.
- Management and development of the organizational development framework, including implementing learning programs, technological tools, and improving work processes.
- Initiating and supporting in-depth and cross-organizational processes, providing consultation to managers and the HR team in leading organizational changes.
- Managing and leading the company's HR framework, supporting managers and employees in professional development and employee retention processes.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, including employment agreements, termination procedures, and more.
- Coordination with external vendors and internal stakeholders to plan and execute effective processes.
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree – mandatory.
- At least 3 years of prior experience in implementing HR processes and cross-organizational projects, building and leading development and assessment programs (preferably in medium to large organizations) – mandatory.
- Previous experience working with senior management and complex interfaces – mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions, build plans, and present insights – mandatory.
- Familiarity with computerized learning systems – significant advantage.
