Frontend Lead

We are seeking a talented and motivated Frontend Lead to join our team and help shape the future of DLP. At MIND, you’ll play a key role in building intuitive and visually engaging experiences that empower developers worldwide.

Upon joining MIND, you’ll collaborate closely with designers and developers to bring complex, user-friendly solutions to life using a modern tech stack. We value clean, responsive design and reusability, so we’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in React and an eye for component separation, state management, and performance optimization.

What should you bring to the table?

• Care about UX and design, and create pixel-perfect interfaces. Be customer-

obsessed.

• End-to-end responsibility for front-end engineering (design, development, testing,

maintenance). Contribution to technological and architectural decisions for the

entire platform.

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing with a passion for

mentoring, leading, and guiding others.

• Design tokens, TailwindCSS, Radix UI, shadcn/ui
• Bun, Vite, GitHub Actions, Vercel
• Jest, Playwright, Storybook (Chromatic)
• Cube.dev + Apache ECharts

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in all of the following:

• Hands-on experience and proficiency in React with TypeScript
• Experience in building a SaaS product in a cloud environment
• Working with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in frontend testing platforms (Jest / Playwright)
