HR & Talent acquisition specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven HR & Talent acquisition specialist to join our team in a comprehensive role. This position will involve end-to-end hiring processes, focusing on both technological and non-technological positions, alongside handling employee relations, welfare, and HR initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle hiring processes for technological roles and non-technological positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
• HR processes, including employee relations, onboarding and offboarding.
• Plan and execute welfare activities and company events to foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain and manage HR databases and reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
• Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and fostering a supportive workplace culture.

• 3+ years of experience in HR and Talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes.
• Experience in welfare, employee relations, and HR operations – an advantage!
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working with HR systems.
• Bachelor's degree -in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
