We're looking for a talented and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist & Sourcer who will join our team and work hands-on to drive our recruitment efforts locally and globally while collaborating with managers to create our dream team.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talents.
• Source candidates using a variety of tools such as LinkedIn, community forums, referral plan, and other creative channels, meetups, webinars, and HR agencies.
• Screen resumes and manage the recruiting process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final decision.
  
  

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
• Facilitate the integration of new employees into the company culture.
  
  

• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Support other HR initiatives as needed.
  
  

• 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role at recruiting companies or developer-focused start-up companies.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
• Ability to handle complex and challenging situations in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and time management skills.
• Enjoy working in a hyper-growth working environment
• Fluent in written & verbal English.
• Experience with global companies, companies with a US presence- Preferred.
