We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Partner to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in managing HR and recruitment functions, ensuring seamless employee relations, overseeing performance reviews, and improving HR processes. The HR Partner will work closely with employees and the HR team to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• HR processes, systems, and Policy Implementation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across HR functions.
• Implement and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records.
• Employee Relations and Engagement
• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues or concerns.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through regular engagement activities.
• Mediate conflicts and resolve workplace issues promptly and effectively.
• Advocate for employee well-being and work-life balance initiatives.
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and identify ideal candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational needs.
• Use innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Partner role, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to mediate and resolve conflicts effectively.
• High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
