Who We're Looking For - The Dream MakerAs an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Chargeflow's growth by managing and closing deals with enterprise-level clients (annual revenues of $200M+). This is an opportunity to work with industry leaders in eCommerce, SaaS, and beyond, helping them overcome chargeback challenges with innovative technology. You’ll take ownership of the complete sales cycle, leveraging your technical expertise, consultative selling skills, and business acumen to deliver tailored solutions that create lasting impact.
Your Arena
- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise clients, focusing on businesses with $200M+ in annual revenue.
- Identify, research, and prospect key decision-makers within target accounts to uncover new opportunities.
- Conduct detailed discovery calls to deeply understand client challenges and position Chargeflow as the solution.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the power of Chargeflow's automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to align client needs with company capabilities.
- Negotiate and close enterprise-level deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights during the sales process.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering a consultative approach to clients and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Maintain a high level of technical aptitude to discuss API integrations, automation capabilities, and data-driven insights with clients.
- Provide detailed and accurate forecasts and reports to sales leadership.
What it Takes:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of success, including at least 3 years managing enterprise-level deals with clients generating $200M+ in annual revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently hit and exceed quotas in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in Challenger and Gap Selling sales methodologies, with the ability to uncover deep customer pain points and position solutions effectively.
- Highly proactive, creative, and tech-savvy, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional results.
- Strong knowledge of the payments and eCommerce industries, including an understanding of chargebacks, fraud prevention, and industry trends.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively present complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using sales and outreach tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo for prospecting and pipeline management.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted partner and industry expert, building long-term relationships with clients.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including US time zones, to accommodate client needs.
- Experience attending and representing companies at international conferences, with a willingness to travel abroad as required.
- Self-motivated, hungry for success, and capable of thriving independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
