BYO Inc. is seeking an experienced Front-End Developer with over 6 years of expertise, a strong proficiency in React, and a passion for building world-class user experiences. Your Role:

As a Front-End Developer, you will:

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to create seamless and responsive user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain front-end architecture using React and other modern web technologies.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
• Translate complex designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure code consistency with our standards.
• Participate in agile development processes and take ownership of delivering high-quality features.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on React.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with multi-tenancy applications.
