Job Title: Sourcer (Freelance, Remote OR full-time, Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess qualifications and fit.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our talent database and tracking systems.
• Communicate effectively with candidates to create a positive experience and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a sourcing or recruitment role.
• Proven ability to identify and attract top talent using diverse sourcing strategies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and tools required for remote work.
