Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join ELTA Systems.

What will you do:

• Leading organizational and business development activities for maritime patrol and warfare aircraft systems.
• Developing and monitoring business growth plans, partnerships, and the division's expansion.
• Managing marketing processes from identifying opportunities to closing sales.
• Responding to tenders, including conducting business meetings, and managing technical and financial proposals.
• Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree – mandatory.
• Experience in business development and marketing of technological products for military/defense systems – mandatory.
• A technical background in airborne systems is a significant advantage.
• MBA – an advantage.
• Experience in negotiation management – an advantage.
• Willingness to travel abroad – mandatory.
• High proficiency in English.
