Renewal Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Junior Renewal Manager to maximize our customers’ retention, and manage the internal renewal database. This role focuses on ensuring SMB customers continue their journey with SCiO, have a higher life-time-value (LTV) and expand their engagement with our solutions.

**This is an entry-level/junior position**

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure SMB customers continue their subscriptions through renewal engagement, proactive communication, and back-office management.
• Based on established strategies, execute and manage automated workflows for renewals and ongoing customer engagement.
• Gather and report customer feedback to support automation and engagement strategy refinement.
• Conduct targeted outreach for key milestones or risk indicators identified through automation.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the back office and data analysis roles.
• Highly collaborative, adaptable, organized, and a strong team player
• Effective communicator, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Experienced in Excel
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage (Especially Spanish and Portuguese).
• Experience as the owner of the full renewal cycle - an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field - an advantage
