HR and Ops Lead (Portfolio Company)

An early-stage company in the TLV Partners portfolio is seeking a HR and Ops Lead to oversee all people, recruiting, and welfare functions, as well as administrative and admin functions for this fast-growing team. The ideal candidate has well-rounded experience in People functions and is looking to contribute directly to the growth of a talented, dynamic organization.

In this role, you will:

• Help to build a strong company culture where employees feel supported, heard, and engaged
• Grow teams by overseeing recruiting efforts
• Work closely with managers and executives on strategic people challenges and opportunities
• Develop processes, policies, and other HR projects
• Contribute to operational/office and admin support to make sure the company is running smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in HR, Talent, or related roles
• Experience in a broad scope position that has included HR, recruiting, and office management aspects
• Strong preference for experience in a fast-growing startup environment (non-corporate)
• Experience working with distributed teams is a plus
• Fully bilingual - written and spoken - in English and Hebrew
