About the position:

• Provide telephone support for end users, troubleshoot technical problems, and guide users in computer systems.
• Deliver professional solutions to user malfunctions and application issues.
• Resolve system issues while working with various operating systems and organizational applications.

Job requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a technical call center or technical support role.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience supporting organizational applications.
• Knowledge of Linux and understanding of communication systems – a strong advantage.
