Operations Excellence Manager

What You’ll Do:

·        Optimize production processes and enhance operational efficiency.

·        Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and execute improvement projects.

·        Develop performance dashboards and manage KPIs to achieve organizational goals.

·        Lead root cause analysis and standardize solutions to operational challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

·        Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or similar field (advanced degree a plus).

·        3+ years’ experience in manufacturing with a focus on OpEx.

·        Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) and Lean expertise.

·        Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with visualization tools.

·        Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
