Account Manager - Programmatic (CTV, Video, Display, In-App)
At TenX Ads, we specialize in user acquisition and monetization, offering smart media solutions across programmatic advertising channels like CTV, video, display, and in-app. As a fast-growing company with a small but highly ambitious team, we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow our programmatic activity, handling relationships with top advertisers, ad networks, and publishers.
About the Role
As a Account Manager - Programmatic, you will be the main point of contact for both new and existing accounts, managing everything from onboarding to optimization. You will lead the technical setup and integration process while ensuring that accounts perform at their highest potential. This is an exciting opportunity for a natural leader eager to take on a new challenge and grow a programmatic division from scratch, with the potential to expand and lead a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key programmatic partners, including DSPs, advertisers, and agencies.
- Drive growth and optimization of strategic accounts, understanding partner business goals and delivering tailored solutions.
- Own the entire client lifecycle—Handle onboarding, integration setups, and troubleshooting for new accounts to ensure seamless activation.
- Identify opportunities for growth, cross-sell and upsell new products and services to existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, operations, and ad-tech, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Conduct strategic business reviews to identify client needs and provide insights for growth opportunities.
- Manage and troubleshoot technical issues around API, S2S, and other integrations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to expand the programmatic division, with a focus on hiring and scaling the team.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising with DSP and SSP platforms (CTV, Video, Audio, XML etc).
- Familiarity with programmatic tools such as AdKarnel, Adtelligent, and similar platforms is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English at a native or mother-tongue level.
- Deep understanding of programmatic buying principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical understanding of digital ad-tech (including VAST, VPAID, dynamic ad insertion, etc.).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive leader with a passion for scaling new initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships.
