Data Analyst

The company develops an application and Web platform providing accessible global financial services, currently serving over 5 million customers in more than 170 countries worldwide.

Located in Tel Aviv, just a 10-minute walk from the HaShalom train station, the company offers a hybrid work model, including two remote workdays per week.

Role Overview:

• Conduct data analysis as part of the Marketing department, specializing in Retention strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to analyze user data.
• Responsibilities include performing A/B tests, user segmentation, and working with SQL.
• Frequent communication in English, including presenting to stakeholders and senior management in the U.S. (via Zoom, once or twice weekly during U.S. evening hours).

Requirements-

• 4 years of experience in data analytics, experimentation, A/B tests, and user segmentation
• Advanced proficiency in SQL enabling comprehensive database querying and complex data manipulation
• Ability to present complex information in easily understood visualizations (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker etc.).
• Ability to present in English the analytical story to executives, channel owners, and partners
• Biased for Action: willing to build the first prototype and continuously improve based on learnings.
• Possess a natural curiosity to dive into the details and have a strong analytical mindset.
