Information Technology Support Administrator

The IT department leads an organization's effectiveness by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies, the internal corporate infrastructure, and production systems.

Responsibilitie

• sWe are seeking a service-oriented, hardworking IT Support Specialist to join our IT team in Israel. You will handle Tier-1 helpdesk tickets, providing first-level support to employees via in-person, phone, and remote assistance
• .Key Responsibilities
• :Resolve hardware, software, and OS issues on macOS and Windows
• .Manage ticketing and inventory systems
• .Support laptops, desktops, network printers, video conferencing equipment, and basic office network issues
• .Facilitate IT onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain IT inventory
• .Provide technical assistance for video conferencing and company events
