Job Description:

- Key role in managing human capital and serving as a business partner

- Plan, implement, and evaluate HR policies to meet organizational goals

- Strategic partner in the senior management team and professional advisor

Responsibilities:

- Manage HR processes: recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation

- Implement standard HR practices: evaluations, talent management, internal mobility

- Develop and embed new work processes

- Build and manage annual work plans within budget

- Liaise with workers' committee according to labor agreements

- Support organizational change processes

- Advise managers on effective HR management

- Cultivate organizational culture and internal communication

- Employee retention and talent acquisition

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR/Behavioral Sciences/Psychology – required

- At least 5 years of experience managing HR in large organizations

- Experience with workers' committees – required

- Managing a team of at least 5 HR managers

- Building and achieving annual work plans
