DOKKA offers Accounts Payable (AP) Automation and Financial Close Automation modules, setting new standards for speed, accuracy, and compliance in financial processes.
This is a remote full-time role for a Customer Success Specialist at DOKKA. A Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- English level that allows you to support and onboard clients world-wide.
- Experience in customer success or providing customer service.
- Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
- Knowledge in Procurement or Inventory is a plus.
