Responsibilities
We are growing and we invite you to join our team and become an expert on Control.site platform.
- Ensure its success in the field, by providing trainings and educate our customers on new features and use cases International and domestic customers.
- Work closely with new customers to implement their new Control.site platform, including configuration, data workflow, training new users, go-live support, and best practices optimization
- Analyze and understand customer use cases and provide guidance on how the platform can be leveraged to meet and exceed their goals
- Share field impacts on our customer outcomes
- Support the team during customer situations that require cross department collaboration
- Document customer product ideas
Qualifications
- Relevant academic education
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience as a customer success role / Implementation Specialist
- Relevant experience in training and support
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- An energetic and motivated person to support our partners through their onboarding with us
- Positive attitude, empathic, creative and solving problem oriented , multi-tasker and effectively work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willing to be in the field – construction sites most of the time
